What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a procedure that is accomplished by tapping on certain meridian points on the body while simultaneously stating specific praises in order to release blocked energy.
EFT is an amazing tool that is simple to use. When applied correctly, EFT will allow you to easily release blocks, fears, traumas, anxiety, and anything else that is preventing you from living a life of health and happiness.
It works to release stuck feelings, emotions, traumas, and memories from the body and mind so that you can experience relief, a new perception, and a sense of calm and ease. This release frees your feelings from the past and enables them to move into a new, positive direction.
