I will guide you through a series of affirmations or suggestions, based on the topic or issue you want to work on. You will repeat after me the affirmation while simultaneously tapping on different acupressure points of the body. Through this process, you can expect me to be completely committed, and focused on you and your goals. During our session, I will be gently directing you in a manner that is respectful of you and your privacy.

My intention is to work with where you are and to help you feel comfortable, safe, respected and relax while you release! No matter what you have been trough your privacy is respected and issues that feel or seem to overwhelming to be discussed can be addressed without even discussing them.
